Privacy

Your email address and, if you set one, a password (stored as a scrypt hash) and name. The players you track, the notes you add about them, and the email addresses you ask us to send alerts to. Payment details are held by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and your plan. Server logs keep IP addresses for 30 days for security.

To send the alerts you asked for, to run your account and billing, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell data, run advertising, or share your details with anyone except the processors below.

When you add someone else's address we email them once to confirm; nothing else is sent until they agree, and every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe. You are responsible for having a reason to add them.

Box scores and team sheets are public sports statistics published by leagues and their data providers. We store them to build alerts and season logs. Photos are only those you upload for your own use; we do not scrape player images.

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (backups and media storage). Each is bound by its own data processing terms.

Export or delete your account by emailing us; both are handled within 30 days, usually the same day. Deleting removes your players, recipients and personal details; anonymised alert counts remain for accounting.

One session cookie, strictly necessary, httpOnly. No tracking cookies and no third-party analytics scripts.
