Questions
- What counts as a player?
- One person. If they move from college to a pro league mid-year, they are still one player and still count once.
- What happens when a game is postponed?
- Nothing is sent. Alerts go out only when a box score is final. Postponed and cancelled games never trigger an email.
- Which leagues do you cover?
- Everything listed on the front page under “Where we dig today”. We only name competitions we actually ingest, and add more every month. If yours is missing, tell us and we will look at it.
- Do recipients need an account?
- No. They confirm their address once and get the alerts. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for; your tracked players are kept if you come back.
- Is there a trial?
- 14 days with Plus limits, no card needed. Choose a plan before it ends and nothing is charged until the trial is over.
- How are prices charged?
- In GBP by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are ten months for the price of twelve.
